    The map parallels and meridians are arcs that can be displayed below or above the map shapes. Following is an overview of the settings available for both parallels and meridians:

    Visible - control the visibility of the parallels or meridians.

    Step Mode - controls the step with which parallels or meridians are displayed. Possible values are:

    • Fine - the arcs are displayed with a relatively small step, based on the current map zoom.
    • Normal - the arcs are displayed with a relatively normal step, based on the current map zoom.
    • Coarse - the arcs are displayed with a relatively large step, based on the current map zoom.
    • Fixed - the arcs are displayed with a fixed step, that is user specified.

    Step - controls the step of the arcs, when Step Mode is set to Fixed.

    Z Order - controls the z order of the map arcs, relatively to the map shapes. Possible values are:

    • Below Map - arcs are displayed below map contents.
    • Above Map- arcs are displayed above map contents.

    Show Labels - controls whether labels displaying the respective arc value are displayed.

    Stroke Style - controls the stroke style used to display the map arcs.

    Text Style - controls the text style used to display the map arcs labels. Only used when Show Labels is checked.
